LỜI NÒI ĐẢU
Ngáy nay, cùng với sự hội nhập và phát triển của nền
kinh tế quốc tế, tiếng Anh ngày càng trở nên phổ biến và trở
thành ngôn ngữ được sử dụng tại nhiều quốc gia trên thế giói,
nhiều công ty, tập đoàn đánh giá tiêu chí Tiếng Anh của
người tuyển dụng như một yếu tố đầu vào quan trọng. Một
trong những chứng chỉ ăurỵc họ yêu cầu như một bằng chứng
xác thực cho khả ncmg Tiếng Anh của nhân viên là chứng chỉ
TOEIC (Test o f Ertglish in Communication).
TOEIC lù một kì thi vói lượng kiến thức tổng họp từ rất
nhiều các lĩnh vực trong đòi sống: kinh tế, quản trị, ngán
hàng, tài chính, đòi sống xâ hội... Muốn nắm bắt nhũng kiến
thức ấy, từ vụng là yếu tố đấu tiên cẩn đưọt quan tâm.
Xuất phát từ nhu cầu đó chúng tôi xin trân trọng giói
thiệu tói bạn đọc cuốn sách "Từ vựng tiếng Anh cho ngưòi
luyện thi TOEIC".
Khối lượng từ vựng tiếng Anh trong cuốn sách này đưọi'
tổng họp, chát lọc và phún chia theo các chủ điểm rõ ráng đế
người học dễ dáng tổng kết, nắm bắt vá bổ sung vốn từ vựng.
Cuốn sách Từ vụng tiếng Anh cho ngưòi luyện thi
TOEIC đưọc chia thánh 2 phân. Phần ỉ là từ vụng theo chú
điểm vá phán II là luyện tập tổng họp.

1. Appraisal (n)
Definition: A process of evaluating, estimating or
determining values of something or someone. It’s often
applied to executive’s performances, property values, and
in asset evaluation.
Sentences:

from your businesses’ customers.
2. Bailout (n)
Definition: Action to prevent business failure, usually
financial in nature; though depending on the nature of

4. Floor plan (n)
Definition: A special form of finance that is usually
short term and used to finance inventory that the retailer
may otherwise not be able to afford. Very common in
automobile finance; though found in many other types of
merchandise from wholesale and retail perspectives.
