Optical Smoke Detector, programmable

The detector base B312NL is used together with the

optical smoke detector ORM2351 for early detection of

fire in buildings. The detector base can be connected

to 12 V intruder zones, e.g. zone terminals MT/S 4.12.1

and MT/U 2.12.1. The supply voltage is

12 V DC. A floating two-way contact serves as an alarm

output. An optional reed relay RL in the last detector of

the zone monitors the supply voltage and the removal

of a smoke detector from the base. For testing the

detector, a testing aerosol or releasing device can be

used. Additionally the ORM 2351 offers a comfortable

programming option for the smoke sensitivity in 3 steps

and further options. The Remote Programming and

Test Unit can also trigger the detector and reads out its

degree of pollution.

Passive Infrared Detector

The detector is fitted as standard with a 15 meter

volumetric lens, whereas a special lens at the bottom

of the detector creates an anti-crawl zone. As an option,

it is possible to use a 20 m long range lens to monitor

long corridors or a 10 m curtain lens to monitor display

windows. The detector is fitted with a walk test LED and

an alarm memory. Colour: pure white RAL 9010.

Dual Ceiling Detector

The dual ceiling detector EIM/DB operates according

to the proven detection principle of the EIM detector

(infrared technology and electromagnetic field) over

360°. The range of the infrared component can be

adapted via the mounting height while the range of the

electromagnetic field can be adjusted separately using

a jumper. The detector is fitted with a walk test LED.

Water Detector

The SWM 4, a resin-encapsulated water detector with

gold-plated Termipoint pins, detects water ingress,

e.g., pipe fractures, ingress of groundwater and sewage,

water damage caused by washing machines and

dishwashers etc. before the damage becomes too

expensive.

Home Smoke Detector

The home smoke detector detects smoke development

in smouldering fires and triggers an alarm. In the event

of an alarm, a loud, pulsating signal is sounded.

The smoke detector is battery-operated (9 V battery).

Electronic Solid-State Siren

Electronic solid-state siren with intermittent tone

for alarm purposes in indoor installations.

Combination Signalling Device

Siren in an aluminium protective housing with additional

protective enamel coating and strobe light mounted

on top. Protected against sabotage by a case tamper

contact. The alarm inputs are wired onto a terminal

Gas Detector

The SGL detector is able to measure and evaluate the

concentration of natural gas or liquidfied gas in the air.

The detector requires a 10 – 30 V DC voltage supply

and has a relay output contact for connection to,

for example, the zone terminals. With LED-indicator and

Piezo buzzer.

Dual Motion Detector

This dual detector is based on proven

detection principles, consisting of a logical

AND connection between infrared technology

and electromagnetic field detection. The detector EIM/B

is fitted with a walk test LED and has a sealed optical

system. Detection range 8 m. Transmission angle 90°.

Water Detector with Relay Output

The water detector is used to detect water

ingress, e.g., pipe fractures, seepage of

ground water and sewage. The device draws its power

from an external voltage source (10 – 23 V DC). A poten￾tial free changeover contact output can be used to

control external devices. A non-floating transistor out put

is available to drive an external LED. The detector resets

itself automatically when the affected area dries out.
