Cong nghe sdn xuat FDM (Fused Deposition ModeUng) dd phdt trien tii nh Ung nam 1990 [1], cho

chinh thiCc ndo phuc vu cho linh vUc nay. Trong nghien ciiu ve thUc nghiem sdng sieu dm cho ting dung
tdch vat lieu dd, tdc gid trinh bdy chung ve nguyen ly vd thUc nghiem dUa ra cdc thong so anh hUdng den
qud trinh tdch vat lieu dd cua san pham FDM sii dung nang lUdng song sieu dm.

ABSTRACT
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology has developed since the 1990s, now a day, has been
top developing tendency in the technology and materials. The process of removing support material has
been studied for a long time, from the use mechanical force the application of more advanced techniques
such as: chemical and ultrasonic waves. From 1998, the ultrasonic energy has been studied and is the largest
company in the world to commercialize [2]. In Viet Nam, there is no scientific research to serve in this
field. In experiment studies on the application of ultrasound for removing material, the author presents
general principles and give experimental parameters affecting the separation process of support materials
of FDM use ultrasound energy
