Lesson 1 : Getting started - Listen and read
I) Aim : Reading for details about the situations which require first aid.
II) Objective: By the end of the lesson, Ss can know what they would do in the situations
which require first aid.
III) Teaching aids: Picture on P80 ,Gap fill chart

* Kim game.
-Ask Ss to open their books and look at the
things on P80 .Tell them these things are
often used for first aid .
-Divide class into 2 groups Aks Ss to close
the books and go to the board to write the
name of things they have just seen from
memory.
-Tell them the group having the most right

-Have Ss open the book again and go
through the word in E. Teacher corrects.
-Ask Ss to dicuss and write down what they
would do in these situations which require
first aid.
