ABSTRACT
This paper presents method and research results on technology for producing negative mold and
mannequin product using Hand lay - Up method, based on polymer composite materials. This paper focuses
on choosing suitable technical methods and materials, proposing manufacturing process of negative mold
with glassfibre reinforced polymer composite materials and mannequin products with paper core polymer
composite materials. The experiment has successfully created tM negative mold and mannequin products
satisfying with the requirements in the design process of industrial sewing, satisfying demand of consuming
made clothes elementary pupils in Hanoi, Vietnam.
