Qua nghidn cuu 115 trudng hap trdo nguac thuc
quan cho k it qua thu duac nhu sau:
B$nh nhdn nam gidi mdc bdnh it han nu, nhbm
tu6i ndy hay gdp tu 31 - 40 tuii.
Thdi gian m ic bdnh it nhit dudi 1 tuin vd Idn
han 12 thdng.
Tridu chung Idm sdng: 35,7% a nbng dan thuin,
27% a nbng k it hap vdi tridu chung khde, (16,5%)
nu6t vudng, (13%) tridu chung ngodi thuc quan (ho,
khdn...).
Mb bdnh hpc thuc quan: Vidm man tinh (21,4%),
vidm lodt (42,9%), Barret 7,1%).
Mb bdnh hpc da ddy: Vidm man tinh (37,5%),
vidm lodt (37,5%), vidm teo (6,2%).

SUMMARY
ELearning in health has been developed in many
countries around the world, but just began to form in
Vietnam last few years. This research was conducted
in one of the three biggest hospitals in Vietnam with
purposes of assessment some main factors related
the implement eLearning in Vietnam. The study
design was cross-sectional survey with teachers and
facilitators. The result of interviewing research
subjects by questionnaire reveals that the majority
had a high application availability, high demand and
often practical use computer software such as
PowerPoint, Word, Excel... The level of access
Internet and communication via e-mail is very high.
They access mainly to specialized online forums to
view and download relevant documents every week.
Although this group have not made online lectures
yet, but their awareness of the benefits of eLearning
is very good. The teachers accept to change teaching
methods, willing to combine with traditional education
and more closely associate with students to enhance
remote support through online tools flexibly. There by
reducing the learning cost and the burden of lacking
of employees at the lower level health facilities.
