ABSTRACT

In this study, the research on mamcfacturing the agglomerated neutral flux (Aluminate - Rutik - Basic)

using domestic raw materials for submerged arc welding (SAW) for the production of low-carbon steel

and low-alloy steel is currently an urgent inssue manufacturing welding materials. This paper presents

the results of study the influence of the flux ingredients on welding-technological characteristics and

were determined optimized contens of the mixtures of the agglomerated neutral flux F7A(P)2 according

toAWSA5.17-80.
