The· article .we would like to share with the Review of Sciences "Open Distance

learning education "is a view of the necessity to develop the training in Southeast Asian Studies by

open distance leam·ing education "Looking forward th� ASEAN Community 2015: from vision to

1. The necessaries of developing Southeast Asian Studies in Vietnam

2. The training progr� of Southeast Asia Studies-'-open distance learning course at HCMC Open

As our awareness, to concern aboi!t developing Curriculums of Southeast Asian studies'is

very important meanJng inintegration period.nowadays . However, in order to meet the goals, it

is required the training program makers of Southedsi Asian Studies need to evaluate and arrange

for increasing the time and knowledge of some modern subjects besides the subjects of history,

traditional culture; morever it is required to develop the curriculums and offer some new majors.
