STONE - FREE AFTER ELECTROKINETIC URETEROSCOPIC LITHITRISY
IN HOSPITAL 103
Objective: To evaluate the stone - free rate after eleetrokinetie iireteroseopie lithotripsy at Department
of Urology, 103 hospital. Method: from January 2008 to March 2009, a prospective study was done on 87
patients (39 males and 48 females) who were from 21 to 76 years of age (44 on average). Each of them
underwent a eleetrokinetie ureteroscopic lithotripsy for ureteral stone 10.99 ± 2.63 em. Rigid ureteroseope
9.5F and the Lithotron EL27 - Combllith (Olympus) were used. A plain film of the urinary tract were done
immediately after the procedure and also at that time of the next month as a routine to evaluate the stone -
free rate. Result: The stone - free rate was 62.1 % just after the procedure. After a month, it was 90.2% in
which these rates for stones in proximal, mid and distal ureter were 80%, 88.9% and 92.6%, respectively.
For stone < 10 mm and > 10 mm in diameter, the rates were 100% and 85.7%, respectively. Conclusion:
Eleetrokinetie ureteroscopic lithotripsy can gain the high stone - free rate, especially with the stone < 10
mm in diameter.

lieu RMP cho 9 benh nhan, INH 5 benh nhan vd giam lieu PZA cho 2 benh nhan. Ke't qua: sd benh nhan
can hieu chinh tang lieu RMP chiem 30,14%, INH 17,39%; trong khi dd sd benh nhdn can giam lieu PZA
Id 16,44%. Bddc dau dp dung hieu chinh lieu RMP, INH, PZA d 16 benh nhan. phan Idn henh nhan dat
nong do trong pham vi dieu tri. Tuy nhien, cd benh nhdn can lieu dieu tri cao hdn lieu khuyen edo mdi
