Oua nghien cdu viec diiu tri va tuan thd diiu tri rdi

loan lipid mau d 600 benh nhan benh DMV tai benh

vien Cha Riy va benh vien Dai hgc Y dogc thanh pho

H6 Chi Minh, chung tdi rut ra mdt so kit luan sau:

1. Cd 76,16% benh nhan benh (DMV) cd roi loan

lipid mau, trong dd ting triglycerid va giim HDL la hai

loai rdi loan lipid mau thadng gip.

2. Da so toa thuoc xuat vien phu hgp cac khuyin

cao hi&n tai: 97,12%, toa cd ghi thuoc diiu chinh roi

loan lipid mau, trong dd 92,81 Vo cd ghi statins.

3. Tj? Id benh nhan tuan thu diiu tri thuoc dieu

chinh rii loan lipid mau la 92,83yo so vdi ghi toa eda

bac sT va 75,5% so vdi khuyen cao chung. Sa tuan

thu dieu tri giim dan theo thdi gian sau xuat vien.

4. Han 50%) bdnh nhan chaa dat muc tieu diiu tri

rdi loan lipid mau, 46,69%) benh nhan cd LDL

>100mg%), 60,47%o benh nhan cd non￾HDL>130mg%o.

SUMMARY

From the research on dyslipidemia treatment and

adherence to treatment among 600 patients suffering

from coronary artery disease who were treated in Cho

Ray Hospital and Ho Chi Minh Medical and

Pharmaceutical University's Hospital, the following

conclusions are drawn:

1. 76.16% of the patients suffering from coronary

artery disease had dyslipidemia, increasing

triglycerides and reducing HDL are two common

types of dyslipidemia.

2. Most prescriptions for patients checking out of

hospital after treatment were relevant to the current

recommendation: dyslipidemia adjustment and statins

were respectively prescribed in 97.12% and 92.81%

of the prescriptions.

3. The rate of patients adhering to treatment of

dyslipidemia was 92.83%o of the doctors' prescriptions

and 75.5% compared with the general

recommendations. The adherence gradually

decreased after the patients checked out of hospital.

4. More than 50%) of the patients were not

successful in dyslipidemia treatment, 46.69% of

patients had LDL> 100 mg%,, 60.47%o patients had

non-HDL> 130mg%>.
