This article presents a simulation process of the and deformation field of the barrel of a AKM

rifle when firing under the load of the gas pressure and temperature. The calculation of the deformation

of a barrel were resolved and many disadvantages of other methods were overcome because of the finite

element method and the simulation toob of the ANSYS software. The result of this method isreliahleandvisud

and it can be used tocalculatesomesimilartechnical issues.
