TÓM TẮT

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả giảm đau của

Meloxicam 15mg, Acetaminophen 1000mg sau phẫu thuật răng khôn hàm

dưới mọc lệch gần 900

.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng so sánh theo phương

pháp mù đôi. Cường độ đau sau phẫu thuật được đánh giá bằng thang VAS.

Có 70 bệnh nhân nhận thuốc ngẫu nhiên và ghi nhận cường độ đau sau khi

hết tê môi và liên tục trong 12 giờ sau đó.

Kết quả cho thấy đỉnh đau hậu phẫu đạt được tại thời điểm hết tê môi

(khoảng 3 – 3,5 giờ sau khi kết thúc phẫu thuật), Meloxicam 15mg có hiệu

quả giảm đau mạnh hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,05) so với Acetaminophen

1000mg.

Kết luận: chưa ghi nhận tác dụng phụ khi dùng Meloxicam và

Acetaminophen với liều đề nghị kiểm soát đau sau phẫu thuật răng khôn

hàm dưới lệch gần 900

.

ABSTRACT

Objective: The aim of this study was to comparative the efficacy of

two analgesics (Meloxicam, Acetaminophen) in pain control after the

removal of horizontal impacted third molar surgery under local anaesthesia.

Method: A randomized, double-blind, prospective trial was

performed. Pain intensity was measured on 100mm visual analogue scales

(VAS). 70 patients were assigned randomly to receive drug.

Result: Patients recorded their pain intensity after the ending of

numbness of the lip and hourly thereafter for 12 hours. The result from the

study suggest that hyperalgic peak is reaches in the early post-operative

period (3 – 3.5 hours after surgery).

Conclusion: Meloxicam 15 mg showed a better analgesic effect in

comparison to Acetaminophen 1000mg and there was no difference in the

incidence of secondary effects between the 2 groups.
