- Cdc chung vi khudn phan lap dupc ddu cd ddc tinh sinh hpc, hda hpc didn hinh phu hpp vdi tii

lifu ttong vd ngodi nudc dd cdng bd, cd dpc lye cao. Trong dd cd 7/10 chung gay chdt 100% chupt

thi nghifm sau 12-36 gid vd 3/10 chung gay chdt 50% chupt thi nghifm sau 18-48 gid.

- Cdc chiing vi khudn phan ldp dupc ddu mdn cam manh vdi florphenicol, ceftiofur, amoxicilline

va khang lai neomycine, erythromycine, lincomycine, colistine.

Determination of the virulence and susceptivity to antibiotics

of the Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae strains isoiated from the sampies

of pigs infected with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrom (PRRS)

in Bac Giang province

90 samples of pigs infected with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) in

Bac Giang province were investigated, and the studied result showed that:

The average ratio of the pigs infected with PRRS (and from these pigs had found A

pleuropneumoniae) was 17.78%, in which the highest ratio was in the post weaning pigs from

1.5 to 3 months of age (28.00 %).

- The isolated bacteria strains had typically biological, chemical characteristics, corresponding

to the papers published at home and abroad, they were high virulence strains. Of which, there

were 7/10 strains caused 100% of experimental mice died after 12-36 hours and 3/10 strains

caused 50% of experimental mice died after 18-48 hours.
