In two days of 1st and 2nd July 2010, tlie Govornment field ifs regular meeting

of June, discussing and deciding the following issues:

In first lialf of 2010: socio-economic situation continued to record positive

ctianges. Inflation was controlled: budget revenue achieved quite high level; mobi￾lization and disbursement of capital lor development investment changed in posi￾tive direction; exports increased well, trade deficit was in falling tendency; bank￾ing system safely operated; stock market, foreign exchange market and exchange

rates were relatively kept stable. Economic growth rate in first half of 2010 was

about 6.16%, which was higher than that of the same period of last year Social

security continued to be guaranteed. Other fields like education and training, labour

and employment, health care, culture... kept on advancing. Nevertheless, along

with above mentioned achievements, our economy still has to face several difficul￾ties such as: trade deficit is still at high level, increased international and input

prices put upward pressure on domestic CPI...

To be determined to successfully fulfill all socio-economic targets of 2010. The

Government requests all ministries, branches and localities to intensify their coordi￾nation to focus on drastic instruction and effective implementation of all solutions

stated in Resolution 03/NQ-CP dated 15th January, 2010, Resolution 18/NQ-CP

dated 6th April, 2010 and in Resolutions of all Government's meetings since begin￾ning of this year; to concentrate on implementation in effective and integrated

manner of key measures related to financial and monetary issues, imports and

exports, capital investment; social security policy, rural and agricultural develop￾ment policy; foreign relation affairs, information and communications...
