ACKNOWLEDGlfMEN 1

First of all, Studying at Thu Due College of Technology in 3 years is a

wonderfi.il thing to me. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to

teachers’ guidance, friends and families’ care in the past three years. I have

learned many knowledge as well as more personal practice in studying

process at college. I am grateful for useful lessons of teachers in faculty of

English, it helps me to complete good course.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Online Solutions Limited

Liability Company (ESC) have created a good work environment for me to

practice. Especially, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Tran

Hoang Bao Yen — my supervisor, the direct of Marketing Department and

all staff in the company have created the most favourable conditions for me

in training proce. 1 am also grateful to Ms. Pham Thi Kim Hoa -my

vulnerable teacher who guide and support me during my internship.
