Summary
ISOLATION AND CULTURE MESENCHYMAI STEM CELLS FROM HUMAN BONE MARROW
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) - the one of aldult stem cells are multipotent, and are capable of
differentiation into cell lineages that derive from many other tissues. Objective: to apply methods for
isolation and cutlure mesenchymal stem cells from human bone marrow for long time. Method: patient's
bone marrow without hematopoietic diseases (n = 5). Isolate and culture long time MSCs from human bone
marrow. Define surface markers df hematepdietic stem cells (CD34) and lymphdcytes (CD45). Result:
Successfuly isolated and cultivated five MSC samples from human bone marrow. Almost cultured cells had
the lack expression of CD34 and CD45. Conclusion: applied successfuly methods to isolate and culture
MSCs from human bdne marrew fdr long time.
