ABSTRACT
This article introduce on research Results of Materials Properties of 67Ni 18Cr5Si4B Bimetal
Carbon Steel - Alloy existing in border area of two materials joined by plasma spraying method for the
purpose of recovering worn cylindrical-shape machine parts. Investigating Material properties of the
coating layer by means of crystal structure analysis and SEM-EDX analysis method for the purpose of
determining properties of joints between coating layer and primary material received from two types of
alloy powder spaying: directly on journal and on advance spayed lining layer. SEM-EDX analysis result
allows determining chemical component, crystal structure of coating layer, intermediate area of coating
layer and primary layer. That is scientific evidences proven for affection of hardness and durability of
Plasma spraying coating layers serving as copper-alloy bush plain bearing and under working conditions
of heavy loads and high abrasives. This is a part of experiment research result of research team of
CTA-NARIME Center of National Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering, in which Ph.D.
students is a key member. ^
