ABSTRACT
There are many methads to improve the quality of metal parts surface such as plating
electroplating, surface treatment etc...to protect metal parts surface,minimize eroding increasevm
resistance, increase the longevity of parts and equipments. Alp^ composite plating in the Ni backgnmi
is a method which creates two phases at the surface of plate layer product: metal background phase ani
fine solid grain phas which is distributed in the structure of plate lager to create physico-mechaniai
with ability of wear resistancce and chemical erode reudction as well as improve the consistency a
temperature. Ni-Alp^ composite plate method has significant advantages. Its research result helps exp
technology to choose the best technology statistics during plating choose design solution, parts mam4ac
and recovery to strengthen surface quality increase wear resistance and longevity of machine partsti
