SUMMARY

Objectives; To describe the clinical, para<linical

features of the pregnant diabetes women have high￾risk factors. Subjects and methods: prospective

study, 160 gestational women with high-risk factors

diagnosed diabetes, not suffer from diseases related

glucose metabolism, without drugs used affect

glucose metabolism. The women were done a

glucose tolerance test at the first prenatal visit if

negative repeat it in 24 - 28 weeks of pregnancy.

Resuls: There was no significance difference

between 2 groups of GDM women with and without

hypertension, proteinuria(p> 0.05). Blood

Triglyceride, cholesterol lever increased 2-4 times in

the gestational diabetes women.
