PREFACE
The course namely Natural resource ecology and Measurement-NREM aims
to offer basic understanding of natural resource measurement, particularly for forest
management. It provides skills in field measurement and data analysis for forest
ecology. The course contains four credits (one in theory and three in practice) as
following:
- Lesson 1. General information types of natural conditions;
- Lesson 2. Topography and terrain measurement;
- Lesson 3. Sample and sampling design;
- Lesson 4. Tools and materials for Forest measurement;
- Lesson 5. Data analysis;
- Lesson 6. Final report writing.
