Qua kiim tra thinh lyc 1800 NLO dang Idm vifec
trong ngdnh nghi Da gidy cd tilng dn cao >85dBA
cho thiy ty Ife DNN Id thip 1,5%; nhu vdy 66 NLD
trong mdi trudng tilng dn cao vuat mdc mdi cd 1 bj
DNN. Khi NLO Idm vifec tdng thfem 1 ndm thi nguy ca
bi DNN tdng Ifen 1,1 lin.
Mdc dfe d nhifem tilng dn vu-pl khd cao d ngdnh
Da gidy cd ty Ife sd diim dn vd cudng dd vuat muc Id
(13,3% - 91dBA). Qua kiim tra thinh lyc 1800 NLO
dang Idm vifec trong ngdnh nghi Da gidy cd tilng dn
cao >85dBA cho thiy, ty Ife ONN Id 1,5%; nhu vdy cd
66 NLD d mdi trudng tilng dn cao vuat muc thi cd 1
bj DNN. Khi NLO Idm vifec tdng thfem 1 ndm thi nguy
cab( DNN tdng Ifen 1,1 lin.

SUMMARY
THE GAP BETWEEN NEED AND USING THE
SERVICES OF PRE-MARITAL HEALTH EXAMINATION
The study aims to describe the difference between
premarital health examination need and reality.
Methods: Combine qualitative study and quantitative
