TOM TAT
Muc tieu: nghien cyu nay md ta sy hai long
trong cong viec eiia dieu dudng (DD) va so sanh sy
hai long chung ciia DD trong tyng yeu to ca nhan.
Phu'dng phSp: nghien ciTu mo ta cat ngang tien
hanh tren 126 OD. Ket qua: t/ le OD hai long vdi
cong viec dat 55,6%, ve moi tru'dng lam viec la
61.9%, lanh dao, dong nghiep la 32.5%, quy che noi
bo, tien lu'cfng, phue lOi la 63.5%, cong viee, ctJ hgi
hoc tap, thang tien la 68.3% va ve benh vien la
77.8%. Cd y nghTa khac nhau ve sU hai long ciia OD
trong yeu td ca nhan la gidi va nguon thu nhap ehinh
trong gia dinh (p < 0.05). Tuy nhien sU hai long ciia
OD trong yeu to (dieu kien sdng, bang cap, so nam
cong tac, vi tri^ loai cdng chyc, so cong viee kiem
nhiem va so buoi trUc) la nhu' nhau (p > 0.05) tai cac
khoa Npi - Ngoai - San - Nhi benh vien Viet Nam -

da gdi y cho cac nha quan ly mudn nang cao chat

quan he lanh dao- dong nghiep, nang cao dieu kien va

SUMMARY

Purposes: To describe the satisfaction of the
nurse's work and to compare the overall satisfaction of
the nurse in each individual factor. Methods: crosssectional descriptive sbidy conducted on 126 nurses.
Results: job satisfaction of nurses was 55.6%; the
working environment was 61.9%; the leader and
colleague were 32.5%; the interna! regulations, salary
and welfare were 63.5%, work, study opportunities,
promobon were 68.3% and the hospital was 77.8%.
There were significant differences of the nuse's
satisfaction In gender and mam income in the family
(p < 0.05). However, the nuse's satisfaction In the
factors (living conditions, degrees, years of
employment, positions, types of civil servants, number
of year for works and number of night shift) were the
same (p> 0.05) at the Internal - Surgery - Obsterics -
Pediatric wards in Vietnam - Swenden General
Hospital LJong Bi. Conclusion: these results suggest
that leaders want to raise the quality of their staffs
resources and improve nuses' satisfaction. Leaders of
hospital needs to positively improve relationships
beetween learderships and nurses, to raise working
conditions and environment, to increase salary and
allowances, and to advance opportiinihes for
education and development.
