PREFACE
During this pandemic time, it's getting harder and harder to apply for proper jobs, as
well as remote jobs. The same situation also occurs to students pursuing a career in
translating and interpreting. Following the 5k regulation, the internship program for
students in the department of translation and interpretation has been replaced by
something different, a whole new different project. Students would be assigned to different supervisors to do research on their preferred
topics, and then they will have to compile what they have done in this report.
In this report, I will describe my experiences during the period given to do this
project. This internship report contains an overview of the topic I was researching, as
well as my translation versions of the articles I chose. Through this report, I want to
express what I've learned, the things I find difficult and also, what I want to achieve
via the report.
During the period of this program, the state of the pandemic in Vietnam was getting
better as time went by, and people are slowly getting used to the daily regulations,
resulting in the need of human resources from corporates and companies also
increasing. So, in order to adapt to the current situation, students in general and
students who majored in translation and interpretations, in particular, have to take their
game up a notch.
I hope students from the following classes could find this helpful in anyway, especially if you are in need of a source for references.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Even though the current situation doesn't allow us – the students, to participate in the
internship program, this is still an exquisite experience for a senior who is about to
graduate. Of course, without the help of many people, I won't be able to finish this
report.
First and foremost, I would like to give my sincerest thanks to my supervisor, Mr.Hoang Cong Binh, Ph.D. for providing us with his knowledge, as well as a
tremendous source of references. His help has greatly benefited us in the long run.
I would also like to address the help from my friend during this period. The
informational and emotional help you guys provided has strengthened me as a person, as well as a professional translator. Last but not least, I have to say thanks to The Faculty of Foreign Languages of Nha
Trang University for giving us a chance to practice and hone our skillsets.
