Muc tieu: Mo ta dac diem xuat huyet d tre sd

sinh vao dieu tn tai khoa Nhi - Benh vien Da khoa

trung Udng Thai Nguyen. Doi tu'dng: 78 tre sd smh

CO xuat huyet vao dieu tri tai khoa Nhi - Benh vien Oa

klioa trung u'dng Thai Nguyen. Phu'dng phap: Nghien

ctfu mo ta. Ket qua: Ty le xuat huyet d tre sd sinh

chiem 0,19% so benh nhan nhap vien vao khoa nhi.

Tre nam nhieu hdn tre ntf, ty le tre sd sinh non thang

bi xuat huyet nhieu hdn tre du thang (71,8%). Ty le

vao vien ngay trong ngay dau la 60,6%, chu yeu la

xuat huyet dUdi da (94,9%), xuat huyet nao (6,4%),

chay mau phoi (7,7%). Co 25,9% tre sd smh xuat

huyet CO giam tieu cau, 47,4% tre sd sinh xuat huy^

CO kem theo thieu mau, 82% tre sd sinh xuat huyet co

giam ty le prothrombin, trong do co 11,5% cd giam

prothrombin nang. Ket luan: Xuat huyet d tre sd sinh

gap 6 tre nam nhieu hdn d tre ntf. Oe non, ngat, suy

ho hap CO lien quan tdi ty le xuat huyet d tre sd smh.

SUMMARY

THE CHARACTERISTIC OF HEMORRHAGE IN

NEWBORN INFANTS AT HOSPITAL CENTRAL

THAI NGUYEN

Objective: Desenbe the characteristics of

hemorrhage in newborn infants treated at Pediatric

Hospital Central Thai Nguyen. Subjects: 78 newborn

infants with bleeding on treatment at the Department

of Pediatrics, Thai Nguyen Central Hospital. Methods:

Descriptive studies. Results: The rate of bleeding in

infants accounted for 0.19% of hospitalized patiente in

pediatrics. Condition common in men than women, the

rate of preterm infants more bleeding infants (71.8%).

Rate in our hospitai in the early days was 60.6%,

mainly subcutaneous hemorrhage as mere dots

(94,9%), including intracranial hemorrhage (6,4%),

pulmonary bleeding (7,7%). 25.9% of newborn

hemorrhagic thrombocytopenia, 47.4% of infant

dengue is accompanied by anemia, 82% of babies

hemorrhage may reduce ttie rate of prothrombin, of

which 11.5% had decreased prothnDmbin heavy.

Conclusion: Hemorrhage in newfcrom infants seen in

men than m women. Premature birth, aspiiyxia,

respiratory distress related to the rate of bleeding in

newborns. Common symptoms of bleeding Is bleeding

under the skin alone, 29.5% of neonatal bleeding

associated with thrombocytopenia, 82% of bleeding

associated with reduced rate of prothrombin.
