SUMMARY

The species of Trypanosoma caused diseases in buffalo and cahie in 4 norih mountainous

provinces was classified as Trypanosoma evansi. The challenge.test of T. evansi on white mice

was conducted and the testing result indicated that time for occurrence of T. evansi in peripheral

blood of the experimental mice was very early (from 1 to 7 days depending on infectious dose);

all of infected white mice had occurred the clinical syndroms most of symptoms were happened

In the last days before they died. The dead times were different depending on infectious dose

(from 5 to 8 days) Autopsy of the disease mice indicated that the rate of organs presenting

pathological lesions were from 57,50% to 100%.
