ABSTRACT
Single-phase earth fault in the high-voltage power grid problems as mine is the highest percentage,
characterized by very high level of danger for people and equipment in mining. One of the most effective
measures to prevent the danger of electric shock accidents and malfunctioning equipment to the mine is
equipped with fault protection short circuit to the earth. The equipment ground fault protection a normal
phase is made primarily to protect the high-voltage electricity networks in isolated neutral mode (neutral
ground). With high-voltage network device capacitance current compensation components, the protective
device will usually deny the impact when an accident or mistake effects causing great damage to economic
to mine in the production process. To overcome this, the network has installed equipment components
make up the capacitance, the device should use ground fault protection on single phase principle. In this
paper, the authors offer a solution ground fault protection for single-phase high-voltage grid components
can compensate for the capacitance.
