摘要

为了进一步了解越南太原外国语学院学校体育开展现状，为有关部门决

策提供依据和建议。本文采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,专家访谈法,实地考察

法与数理统计法,主要对太原外国语学院学校体育的体育教师队伍，体育场地

器材与经费、体育教学、课外体育活动、行政管理等方面进行了调查。结果

表明，太原外国语学院学校体育活动整体开展不容乐观，受到多方面因素的

制约。学校体育教师队伍教龄不长，缺乏教学经验，教师的专业及业务能力

得不到培训和提高；体育教学内容不合理，课时少；学校领导不重视课外体

育活动，学校每年举行体育比赛少，影响学生课外体育的兴趣；学校起步晚，

现缺少学校体育管理机构和学校体育工作任务与职能的相关规定；学校场地

器材配套不完整甚至缺乏，满足不了实际需求。因此，太原外国语学院学校

体育场地器材难以满足学生等诸多问题亟待解决。

为了促进越南太原外国语学院学校体育顺利开展的提高，提出未来太原

外国语学院学校体育发展的对策：（1）提高师生对学校体育工作作用及地位

的认识；（2）提高体育教师的专业能力；（3）增强学校体育产业的物质基础

及资金；（4）改善体育教学内容和方法；（5）多样化学校课外体育活动；(6）

学校体育组织管理机构的改进。

Abstract

The thesis examines physical education and sporting activities

at Foreign Language Faculties, Thai Nguyen University as a basis

for giving recommendations for policies and practice。The research

methods include document study, survey, interview with experts,

field work and statistics 。 The thesis invesitgates into the

quantity and quality of physical education lecturers, campus

facilities and funding, physical education teaching and learning,

sports as extra-curriculum activities, and physical education

management at the faculty 。 The findings show that there are

several limitations in the implementation of physical education and

sporting at the Faculty。 The physical education staff are mostly

inexperienced, lacking expertise and professional qualifications。

The physical education syllabus is not appropriate ； with

inadequate number of teaching periods. The university authorities

have not paid due attention to extra-curricular sporting activities；

few contests and competitions are held annually, which negatively

impacts students’ motivation。Other factors include the absence of

regulations concerning the management of physical education and

sporting as well as the functions and missions of campus physical

education and sporting and inadequate facilities which have not yet

met the needs of teachers and students。

To improve the physical education practices at Foreign

Language Faculty, Thai Nguyen University, the thesis puts forward

following recommendations:(1)raising awareness of teachers and

students about the importance of campus physical education and

sporting ； (2)improving the teaching quality of physical education

staff ； (3)increasing investment into facilities and funding for

sporting activities ； (4)innovating teaching and learning

methodology； (5)diversifying extra-curricular sporting activities；

(6)innovating sporting management。
